If someone you care for is uninsured or underinsured, you know they may have trouble getting the prescription medications they need. They may often find themselves choosing between medications and other necessities of life. But no one should have to choose.
Access2wellness is designed to help. It provides access to one of the broadest selections of assistance programs that offer more than 1,000 prescription medications to those who qualify, for free or at a discount.
This site contains information about these programs and can help determine if the person you provide care for might be eligible to receive assistance.
Please Note: This Web site includes applications you can use to apply for assistance. If, as a caregiver, you apply on someone else's behalf, please be sure the person understands and is interested in the program. Some applications require signatures from the applicant and their health care professional and will be kept confidential. If additional follow-up is required, a program specialist will communicate directly with the applicant and health care professional. Thank you for your concern and initiative on behalf of those you provide care for.
