With the Together Rx Access Card, thousands of
hardworking people with no prescription medication coverage can save
on the medicines and medical products they need.
What does Together
Rx Access offer?
Signing up for and using Together Rx Access is free. People who
qualify receive a card to use at the drugstore every time they fill a
prescription. Most cardholders save 25 to 40 percent* on brand-name
prescriptions and products to treat high cholesterol, diabetes,
asthma and many other conditions. The program includes more than 300
brand-name prescription products from participating pharmaceutical
companies, and thousands of generic products. The card is valid only
in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Does the person I
provide care for qualify for Together Rx Access?
To qualify for the Together Rx Access Card, someone must:
- Not be eligible for Medicare
- Have no prescription medication coverage (public
or private)
- Have a household income equal to or less than
- $45,000 for a single person
- $60,000 for a family of two
- $75,000 for a family of three
- $90,000 for a family of four
- $105,000 for a family of five
- Be a legal resident of the United States or Puerto
Rico.
Families of six or more people, and/or living in
Alaska or Hawaii, can call Together Rx Access at 800-444-4106 for
household income requirements.

get discounts on prescriptions, right at the pharmacy counter. The
program was started by Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc.
