The Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA) is dedicated to finding the best public or private prescription assistance program for each person's particular situation.
What does PPA offer?
PPA has an easy-to-use Web site, PPARx.org, and call center that provide information and access to more than 475 public and private prescription assistance programs. If the person you provide care for lacks prescription coverage, these programs may offer thousands of prescription medications for free or at a discount to those who qualify. The PPA Web site and call center can provide information on these services.
Does the person I provide care for qualify for PPA?
PPA includes many programs with different eligibility requirements. To find out which one is best, you or the person you provide care for can visit the PPA Web site, PPARx.org, or call 888-477-2669.
What else should someone know about PPA?
PPA was created by pharmaceutical companies, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, other health care professionals, advocate organizations and community leaders. The PPA Web site and call center also allow you or the person you provide care for to check with state and local governments for other assistance programs that offer free or discounted prescription medications and/or medical services that may be needed. Look for the appropriate state under "Participating Programs" on the Partnership for Prescription Assistance Web site. To learn more, visit PPARx.org.
